    every person is good at butchering their non native language that they dont even practice with much, its the same in Japan a lot of their schools(usually high schools most often) require English classes and after they dont have to go to school anymore they stop practicing it.

    you would get the same effect of teaching Latin to someone in high school for 3-4 years, and after that they dont find many times to speak it.
