Yeah, that's how it is with most animated shows, and a lot of games. I just thought it was funny, since all the chars are completely different sounding. I mean, Wakka even has an accent!!

Last I checked the Genie was voiced by Robin Williams.

Robin Williams voiced the Genie in the first and third movie. Dan Castellaneta did the voice in the second movie and in the TV-series.
