If I understand correctly (I've not actually tested this), playing the game on "normal" should give you 1:1 game seconds to world seconds. If you play on "fastest" (which everyone does) then game seconds will tick by a lot faster than they do on the other side of the screen.
What are you complaining about exe? Neon I think just told u why that's happening so Tada theres your answer(witch is also why they porbly put it in milliseconds)
.. i think the difference is miniscule.. plus, Starcraft 2 is capable of accurately measuring time as evidenced by the 'Dota timers'. This suggests that the timing system is no longer like Starcraft 1, hence this is no longer a discussion. Also, if you're concerned about time, i suggest you to put an alarm clock near your computer table.
look at this pic: http://dota.trueshot.net/screenshots/20071007-orangeass.jpg in top right corner, gold, wood and food is normally shown. In dota wood and food is changed to minutes and seconds! Just the fact that you can change this, indicates to me that in starcraft 2 you will be able to make extra features that shows the time.
Ok first off is that warcraft? If so I could see them outing in something like that. And I also think that they would just put the time in seconds. Why do they need to have the computer measure it in milliseconds. Doesn't make any sense.
