To change the language used, follow these steps:

    1. Click the wrench menu [IMG].
    2. Select Options.
    3. Click the Minor Tweaks tab (or Under the Hood if you're using Google Chrome Beta).
    4. Click Change fonts and language settings .
    5. In the 'Fonts and Languages' dialog box, click the Languages tab.
    6. Select the language you'd like to use in the 'Google Chrome language' drop-down menu.
    7. Restart the browser. Your new language setting should now take effect.

    tried Firefox,
its annoying that bookmarks assort themselves automatically to alphabet and cant be moved, and I absolutely hate the Firefox downloading system. IE still has the best downloading system, but the newest version has some annoying glitches with tabs(if my PC is on longer then an hour, half the tabs i open dont make internet connection) and very slow when opening them. Both FF and GC dont have that problem, and GC has a far more likeable downloading system, and looks a lot nicer

My bookmarks are arranged in the order of when I bookmarked them, and I use FF.

I did and gave it up when I couldn't scroll by pressing the button under mouse scroll. Did they do something about it?

As for FF, you can get an add to replace default downloading manager. I bet there's plenty to choose from.
Bookmarks I can easily rearrange manually and I see there's like ten ways to sort them automatically
