Actually, that was back in the first arc of ultimate x-men. The ultimate series of books takes place in a different continuity than regular marvel books and had some of the most fantastic stories in the history of Marvel (I highly recommend the ultimates, ultimate spider-man and ultimate x-men) and a very tight continuity. That all went out of the drain with Robert Kirkman and Jeph Loeb writing and Bendis working on team books, but hey, it was a good few years and there are still some decent stories. In regular continuity, the x-men currently live in their promised land and have been letting their messiah preach to all the new mutants. I'm a tad uncomfortable with that direction.
