    just wondering what universe of marvel you prefer


    normal
    A big detailed universe with a large extensive history

    ultimate
    a small new universe with stories for the new age

    bumpin this one up, i've read all the ultimate comics now, and a few of the latest normal ones, and i have to say that i think ultimate is better

    I prefer the normal universe, but I just haven't read enough of them yet to be sure. -stupid pc + no comic stores- A detailed universe with deep characters is just more interesting. Cool action is ok, but without a background all episodes are the same.

    However, the ultimate universe is newer. The normal version has had a lot more time to develop a good background. I think that the ultimate universe becomes the better one, eventually.
