Roaches couldn't move under/through force fields while burrowed long BEFORE beta phase 1 closed. I know, that was my immediate thought (and attempt) at getting around protoss turtles with a Roach build on Decena or whatever (smallish 2v2 ladder map). On a side note, burrowed units (roaches et al) also don't prevent a force field from going down. Something else I tried in attempt to foil use of force fields to create a 2v1 rush scenario in team games by sealing your target's ramp behind you.
Anyone else get distracted now that the Achievements show in real-time during actual gameplay? Makes me think something's going down that I need to pay attention to. . .
scratched the no-blinking-to-islands thing. no blinking without vision kinda makes sense, but removing blinking over impassable terrain kinda defeats the purpose of blink. also, no more slow replay? what about suuuuper slooooooooow moooooootion epic battles? also, they listed infested terrans coming from infestors... so what does the overseer have now? was frenzy removed? or does the infestor have 4 spells now?
No it doesn't. The purpose of blink was for cliff-walking, one of the highlighted new mechanics of SC2. It also allows better micro capabilities in combat. None of that has changed.
