On the top of the page, the fourth link, before the Arcade link and after the Member's List link. it is in a rectangle box with all the other links (except the Portal and Forums links) and when you put the cursor over the link it turns from white to orange.

Jon got rid of it, cause none of you guys ever used it, I couldn't have been using it, cause I don't have the time, but I would have liked to use it when I am here. You guys should have used it more.

There is now a different chat thing, but you can create your own rooms. So make a SC2F room if you like.
