Who's your favourite hero or villain?

Just the fictional ones for now.



My favourite is Carnage, without a doubt. He is the most evil and cool villain ever. He comes from the Marvel comics and is the son of Venom. -sort of-

He can walk on walls, is superfast, regenerates, can transform his body parts into axes and throw them at people, resist bullets, is superstrong, is a vampire like thing, can see from every body part, webswing... There is much more, enough to take out superman...

 

never read the original spiderman stories, ill get to those after i finish the ultimate series, universe x, avengers dissasembled, secret war, house of M, decimation, messiah compleX and civil war

then ill start with the original stories of the marvel heroes


i liked ultimate carnage and movie carnage though, movie carnage was wicked and ultimate carnage was an awesome mix(a combination of spiderman, the lizard and venom, brought to life by the oz serum)

there are way too many heroes and villains for me too decide, though i can name a few who are definately not it:
original thor(not that bad, but i just dont like him)
superman
batman
elektra
daredevil


if we were talking about hero groups it would be the ultimates hand down, ultimate iron man, ultimate thor, ultimate hulk, the list of awesomeness goes on and on

For the crappy people list, how about Ego the Living Planet. He is even weirder then Galactus... And he tried to hump planet Earth, so he -it, whatever- is a sexual predator as well. XD

 

never saw him, but i know in marvel zombies he was one of last beings in the universe(there were him, a small group of brotherhood, 5 zombies and black panther)

The Joker in Batman 1 and Dark Night were pretty cool too, tho i wasnt into DC as a kid.

 

what i can tell you is my favorite hero villain combi though

ultimate gah lak tus is a fleet of self piloting ships that are revolted by the very idea of life, and thus try to exterminate it. once the fleet enters orbit the planet is already doomed, as a telepathic signal will have made everyone crazy, then they release a biological weapon that eats flesh, suck the planet dry and move on. On every planet they go to, the fleet takes all weapons they can find and add it to their fleet.


Ultimate vision is an android built by one of the civilizations on gah lak tus's path, and it tries to develop worlds so they can defend themselves against this threat, and when they fail, Vision will record all information on that world to preserve it. The only planet it could safe up till now was earth, and that was only

with the help of Xavier and the SHIELD supercerebro, through which she sent all human emotions towards galactus, stunning it for a second and Reed Richards, who built a dimensional portal towards a universe in the make, firing the big bang at galactus

Vision was built for communication and preservation, but she is not as weak as she appears(in the spoiler tags is a picture of a battle between ultimate vision and a single galactus module in ultimate vision v2)

Duke Nukem is the best super hero to my opinion, although he has no powers of any kind, like superman, or mageneto, but I think if you can take on any alien race and kick some ass, then you are a super hero (that and he saves earth constantly).

 

Serious Sam also does that, you know. Although, the Duke has better oneliners, and a game that has kept people waiting almost as long as for starcraft 2.

Yeah, but Bane was nuts iirc.
The Venom drug he used was toxic.

 

I preferred Freakazoid, he will always be the best super hero in my opinion.

 

Villains stand out more than heroes do, in my opinion. My favourites would have to be Heath Ledger's Joker and Howard Payne from the movie Speed.

As for heroes, it's harder to say. That said, Malcolm Reynolds from Firefly is a definite.
