    The miniature (I think of a model train set) is achieved through the use of what's called 'tilt shift photography.' I've seen TSP pics and vids before, but nothing so mesmerizing as this.

    Second: are you sure this is all miniatures? the ferris wheel and surrounding scenery in Kobe, Hyogo looked pretty real to me.

    No no no, they're NOT minis. I left a word out. It was supposed to say 'the miniature effect'
