While reading the wikipedia stats I found this: User statistics There are 5,425,849 registered user accounts, of which 1,337 have administrative tools. 1,337 users with administrative tools. Is it a coincidence? Is it a joke? Is it true? Is it serious? Someone answer meh!
Its most likely true, but you must remember of the 5 million or so registered users many could be inactive and such, as well i havn't seen many articles vandalized so they seem to be doing their job. (well for the exception of the time someone changed the entire sc2 article to 1 line....: SC2 IS GONNA SUCK")
That's good stuff, I have to admit. I like letting pointing out when people have 1337 wins, losses, posts, etc. Many people don't get it though, so it's a pity. IO: 1337 is leetspeak for "leet" or "elite."

I hate leet speak but I know leet speak. I didn't read this thread as Wikipedia: one thousand three hundred thrity-seven admins I read it as Wikipedia: leet admins Wow, the wikipedia admins most have done something to make JBL happy. Back on topic, I have no idea if it is correct or not. That would be the type of thing that people would change however, it seems strange that something like that would be changeable by users.
I have two hypothesis about it. It's either someone who edited this for fun. or the wikipedia admins doesn't want people to know exactly how many admis there are.
It's a giant wikispiracy!!!! Their legions really number in the millions and they're planning to take over the world!
