I've got a MacBook pro, and like a lot of others i wonder if they are going to release SC 2, so you can install it on a Mac. It would be strange if they didn't let the mac-users try SC2, because all they other games they have released, have been able to play on a mac from the release.
I don't see why they wouldn't allow ot to be used on a mac. I us a regular PC, so I know it will work for me. As for the mac, I wouldn't be too worried about whether you'll be able to play, it would be a bad move by Blizzard to not allow macs to use it.
Yea, but there has been a lot of rumors that they won't, so the mac-users will have to wait until Aspire release a Mac version, and all mac users know that it can take a long time for Aspire. I just can't find any reason not to release it for mac in the first place...
I don't think you have to worry. Blizzard has a history of releasing games on the Mac. It would not surprise me if there was a Linux version of SC2
"Will StarCraft II be available on Mac simultaneously with PC? As with all of Blizzard's recent releases, StarCraft II will ship on both PC and Mac simultaneously." These previous statements are copy-pasted from the SCII FAQ on their website.
Well the mac users have the option to play SC 2 when it is released on OS X or on windows via bootcamp (intel only). So either way they are ok.
