No, it's just that he's not active, so he's not going to be able to get the Activity Award. He's also done nothing to help the community in any way, shape or form, so doesn't even deserve consideration in getting the Community Award.

We might be dark I don't rmemeber. Itza is correct about the intent of my comment though. I don't post enough to get the activity or posting award, I don't get enough thank yous for the helpful award, and I definetly am not social enough for the social award.
How about the "Darkone Prize"? Which entitles that he picks a person he likes, then you come to his private quarters and he rewards you with various...things.
