WoW, What frame is this?

I downloaded MoveAnything! to arrange my screen, but can't quit figure out the name of a particular frame that I want to move to the left side.


I boxed it in red at the bottom right corner of this picture.


Does anyone know what the heck it's called?

 

Tooltipinfo or something.

I recommend getting MobInfo2....It'll allow you to move it and it gives awesome info anyway. Classification, Class, health/mana, drops, kills, hit range, cool stuff like that.

I was never a huge fan of Spartan really. It's nice, but doesn't play nice with a few of my other mods, most notably my cooldown one. Anytime somethings on CD, it moves to the regular position, which is stupid. It's the Cooldown addon's fault, but I like it more than Spartan.

I have too many addons.
