ok i got a xbox 360 nd i jus need a lil help on wat 2 nd not 2 get...nd wat i shuld get 1st
-wireless headset
-wireless network adapter
-12 month gold membership card
-120GB hard drive
memory unit 512MB
wireless controller
-games:
-gears of wars 2
-prince of persia
-halo 3
-need for speed:undercover
-rock band 2
-fallout 3
-assassins creed
-ace combat 6:fires of liberation
-burnout paradise
-dead space
-pure
-farcry 2
-resident evil 5

 

halo 3 is always a good starter for the xbox but you prolly if you have the money get the wireless so you dont have to muck around with a long wire.

If you have friends or family that come over regularly rockband 2 is your game and it would be a good idea to have a few extra wireless controls/guitars for the group.

 

Fallout 3.

Nao.

Resident Evil 5 is only meh

 

Dead Rising.

Old game, but still fun as all hell.

i use a regular wire headset that came with the 60GB harddrive(which is more then enough).

And Gears of War 2 is all you really need right now out of that list. RE5 when it comes out ^_^

 

RE5 isn't meh, YOU MUST GET IT NAO! with your friends...

 

The story and dialogue blows and there's no dodge button

...i didn't mind the dialogue in RE5 and there is a dodge button except they only appear in QTE events

120GB HDD <---You can get away with the 60GB, but 120 is good too

Prince of Persia <---Pretty good

Halo 3 <---Having a 360 and not having this, is like having a computer and not having SC

Need for speed <---If you like racing sure, otherwise meh

Rockband 2 <---decent

Fallout 3 <---if you don't get this I will kill you

Assassins Creed <---Same as Fallout 3

Ace Combat <---Haven't played it, but I want to

Burnout Paradise <---Again, if you like racing fine, otherwise meh

Dead Space <---Awesome

Pure <---I haven't played this one either, but I hear good things

FarCry 2 <---There are better games, and there are worse games

Resident Evil 5 <---I hate the res evil games, just saying

Dead Rising <---OMFG this game sucks so much

 

Try Tom Clancy Hawx, thats a really great game Or Ace Combat 6, If you have an interest in flying games.

 

Oh oh, Orange Box is fairly amazing.

Also, the new(?) Call of Duty: World at War is pretty good. I'm normally not into CoD or MoH, but this one is really good.

 

thank u darkone this is kinda da answer i wuz lookin 4...2 things doe...da wireless controller i kno dey cum wit it, i wuz talkin bout gettin another so if my boy came ova he culd play 2...nd dead rising wasnt on my original list but thx anywayz...also far cry 2 i like cuz my step bro haz a ps3 and hes got far cry 2 nd it wuz pretty good to meh...(i got a xbox 360)

A few good to have games are: Gears of War 1 and 2, Halo 3, Dead Rising, Fallout 3, maybe GTA 4 or Saint's Row 2, Left 4 Dead, The Orange Box.

 

I'd buy a PS3. What now?
