Hello there!

My name is Mattias and I'm a 26 year old male and I live in Huskvarna, Sweden. I weigh 70kg (154lbs) and I'm 175cm (5' 7½") tall (don't really know why that would be interesting but I saw that others had that information in theirs). I've lived with severe headache for many hours every day for the last 13 year. I'm trying to recover from a long and very deep depression with multiple suicide attempts. I also suffer from social anxiety and my self-esteem is really low. I have nightmares almost every night so I don't sleep too well. My high intelligence (top 0.07%) and low latent inhibition makes me very creative (and sometimes borderline psychotic with minor hallucinations) so I always have a few diffrent projects in the making, like reading books, creating a Starcraft LARP, drawing anime, writing poems, building stuff out of LEGO, programming, coming up with lots and lots new games, writing songs...

I have never had a real pet but have always wanted a snake or a lizard. It wouldn't go very well though, me and livings things don't get along, not even simulated ones. All my plants are dying (even the plastic ones) and if I had a pet rock it would probably get pneumonia and die...

I absolutely LOVE all the games Blizzard have made. I've got a lot of them: The Lost Vikings, Warcraft: Orcs and Humans, Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness, Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal, Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, Diablo, Diablo II, Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, Starcraft, Starcraft: Brood War. My computer is too crappy to play World of Warcraft
I play mostly RPGs and strategy games, but I'm very much a mood player so I sometimes switch to only FPS, TPS, classic platform or card games...

I've been a member here since 2007-06-16, but I haven't been posting much (quality over quantity, I hope). I did win second place in the artwork competition zeratul11 had a few months ago. I've also tried doing some maps again: Broodling Wars, StarCraft2Forum.org Arena, Hero Challenge, Flying Spaghetti Monster, Alien Abduction, Defence of the Cerebrates (zerg Age of Strife)
I've got a lot of ideas for future maps too: The Field of Battle (terran Age of Strife), an as of yet unnamed StarCraft DotA, Stargate SG-1 multi-player RPG campaign, Alien vs Predator: the Hunters, Grand Theft Vulture, Psi Disruptor War, Army Men in Space, Marine Wars, the Night before Christmas, MatrixCraft
Some bad stuff happened to me recently and as of 2007-11-28 I've stopped doing maps. I don't know when I'll start again...

I've recently joined Clanâ„¢ and after seeing GM_k and ImaGiNe talking in the chat today I've started dreaming about becoming a moderator in the Maps and Replays forum, but I have a long way to go before that...

I'm only doing this introduction because everybody (ok, maybe not everybody, but more then half a dozen people) have been telling me over and over in the chat that I should go and make one.

i dont know in what top i am, cause in the netherlands we cant test for higher than 152, and i am far higher than that. i got almost the same problems as you, i got ADHD and sometimes am a borderline psychotic

 

^Your intelligence certainly doesn't reflect here in this forum...Well I got ADHD as well.

 

ijffdrie: I had a few friends with ADHD before so I know a little about it... It seems I have a gift for befriending "rag dolls", patchwork people with social and/or mental problems (and homemade solutions). It's not so good when you're trying to get better, it's easy to fall again...

GM_k: It's hard for me to sit up right now because of my headache. Please try to be nice... I can't take that kind of joke...
