It takes a special kind of asshole to shoot up a museum dedicated to preventing violence.

This guy was friggin' bat**** insane. White supremist, 88 years old, walks into the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and starts shooting people. Kills a guard and hurts another by way of flying glass before he's gunned down by the other guards.

Should I really have any faith whatsoever left for humanity?

The thing to notice is his age 88 years old. Hes from the beginning of the century. I mean hes a defective product of mankind.

Old people are not defective

 

If they get the various diseases that come with old age which effects the mind. They can become dangerous, especially if they have access to a gun. Obviously this guy wasn't stable and he was very old. He was from a time where things like racism and being prejudice against religions was okay. Now you take all that and throw it into one specific human being. That human becomes defective.

 

This guy was like this his whole life. Never stopped, not for an instant. Old people aren't defective, this guy was.

 

Yeah I'm not saying old people are. I am just saying when you take a person with this mind set and throw old age into it you usually get a defective person. His mind set alone wouldn't cause him to do this or else this would have been a repeat offense.

I hate racism, i'm disgusted when people say ******, because truly. What is wrong with them, I dont see a offensive comment there toward me. Although I do see an ignorant person that doesnt know what that means to say.

 

'Cause there's no way of showing that the Nazis' didn't commit such atrocities like there is in committing such attrocities on your own, just as there's no way of objecting to being send to prison like there is in getting yourself killed. Good riddance to the racist. The only shame is that it didn't happen sooner or more painfully.

Someone said earlier that he was from a time when racism was just how things were, I'm sure this had a great deal to do with it. Problem is, those people are still alive, there are people who remember a time when it was like that, and until we get far enough into the future, that they aren't around anymore, then this sort of thing can happen without much triggering. I know it can still happen.

 

Does anyone have any info on the nature of his first crime? Because if it wasn't violent then this wouldn't be a repeat.

 

meh another blemish on mankind, well at least hes dead. Frankly i have no problem with other races, sure i make jokes every now and then, but who doesn't.

However when people just go out of their way to hate a race just because they are differnet is completely retarded.
