TiNK, please tell us why we are crying innocence.
Posting asian songs and poems isn't really helping.

Please show evidence to backup your claim.
I will wait here. Saying that we are crying innocence when you know it isn't true is quite offensive you know.

Please, don't spit out stuff and then run away without anything to support your words.

read the post wrong, disreguard that last part i typed.

hard not to throw you all in the same barrel since you three keep posting in the same threads :D

I'm in ClanE, but havent done anything with them in a few months, so I guess I would be more of a member in Stasis. Still, a bit hard not to be baised since I did play SC against them many times and have experience with what they would say in thier b.net channel

I lock threads for a reason bro. Is because people like you tink currently are crying about how you want a fight, sorry. I'm not getting banned unless your leader goes and QQ's to his friends. Sorry no fight from me. Now stop being a prick. Oh and that song, please never call me gay again.

    Sniper,

The second you got back, i seen 3 or 4 threads mentioning Clan Empire and Shadow and "They suck" propaganda. Than you lock your thread, and say my members are trying to start a fight. Idk what kind of milk your drinking, but seriously, drop it.

Tink will not even fight you, he will just call you on all your claims and ask for a reason.

Now, although I have not been following this dispute too closely, I did raise my concerns over Fenix's post as soon as I saw it, and immediately stated that what he said should simply not be the case. Unfortunately the topic received very little attention.

Basically, in my opinion, there are two options.

The first is for the Clan Empire board to be treated as a regular sub-forum, and for the Clan Empire members to be treated as regular members. Logically, this should be the case regardless, but quite clearly, and as I've experienced myself a while back, it's not the case. In essence, regular members should not be prohibited from posting in a public board.

The second follows on from the same logic. If regular members are going to be prohibited from posting in a certain board, then that board should not be public. Basically, Clan Empire should be made private, with permits or a password and invites on request. This way, no-one will be posting in the board if the Clan doesn't want them to, and, needless to say, there won't be any more disputes like this, regardless of whether it's because of the other members or because of the mods.

First, don't despair under the illusion that the moderation of this forum answers to you.

    We don't.

Secondly, it is Clan[E]'s board, of which they hold ownership. If someone came into your home, started trash talking, would you not be well within your rights to get rather pissed off and show it? I think you're smart enough to know the same concept applies. Yes, smart enough to know, yet stupid enough to ignore that.

    Stay out of Clan[E].

I havn't been following this at all so I can't comment on what has happened so far. However here are a couple of facts that may be helpful.

The clan empire board is paid for by the clan, so that means shadow[E] can make any rules he likes regarding and can request that he mods enforce them if someone continually breaks them. Next, for the same reason stated above shadow[E] also has full discretion on who posts within the board, and if he asks you to leave, you have two options leave, or have a mod make you leave. Finally, if the clan empire board is to remain pbulic they are also bound by the content rules that govern EVERY place on the site (the content rules are rules 1-5).

If someone believes they are been unfairly wronged by a mod your best course of action is to take it up with a different mod you trust, who will either fight for you or give you an explanation why they support the original mod. If you don't think any mod will listen to your claim then it is likely very frivilous or you have likely done something to earn the anger of the entire mod stuff (you will know if you have done this even if you don't want to believe it, and not being able to make a legitimate case is part of the punishment).
