Most wok stuff they make is done in about 10-15 minutes, it takes more time to even get to any restaurant and get your food served. And those meals are pretty healthy.

With my 62 kg and 187cm length, I'm officialy anorexic. But in reality I am just freaking low on muscles. XD -I still pack quite a punch, though. Muscle mass has little to do with strength in most cases you get in a fight. Hehe.-

To add to the off-topic. I have NO IDEA how heavy( or rather, light) I am. I'm underweight that's obvious, but I don't think I even have scales to check it atm.

 

Then you can use this to check if your weight is any good.

Note: this method doesn't count for really old and really young -as in under 15 years or so- people. Why? Their bodies are not standard yet, or not standard anymore. The height of these people are, sort of, distorted and therefore do not work with the formula.

 

I do not possess sufficient weight measuring equipment at current point in time.

I also dindn't check height recently, but that's less of a problem.

You know, after I eat Krispy Kreme at the local store.... It just too sweet for a Malaysian people. We pretty much favored our own Doughnut company: Big Apple Donut
