I'm kind of a spice addict when it comes to heat. Flavors good to but if a meal doesn't give me a good burn I can't enjoy it.

If you ever want to test your self to see how much spicy foods you can eat try this. Get a red pepper, biggest one you can find cause your gonna stuff it. Get four habaneros, some of your favorite spicy salsa, and a shredded cheese of your choosing. Empty out the red pepper and make sure you get every seed out. Once this is done do the same with the habanero wearing gloves because those suckers hurt if you get it in your eye. Save the seeds from the habanero and then put the habanero into the red pepper. After you do this carefully poor your salsa inside of each habanero. Then take the seeds and the shredded cheese and mix them into each other. Put the shredded cheese into the red pepper bake it at a low temp and you got your self what I like to call Hells apple.

You know I ate so many hot peppers when I was younger that it started to eat a hole in my stomach right? Take it easy on me. I don't want to have to go through that again.

Bell peppers usually aren't hot at all. They are the big ones that you find in grocery stores.

I know that. I love bell peppers as a topping for things, like chicken and such.

I like stuffing them with jalpenos and cheese though. Tis good.

Well this is definitely a good way to test his spicy food ability. I recommend keeping a stick of butter close by for him to chew on if he can't handle it lol. I've had enough Hell's apples to be used to habaneros. So I'll try using the naga pepper. Also a good way to build up your tolerance is to get a sauce called "The Source." and put just a dab into your foods. Careful tho just a pin drop of this stuff is enough to make a lot of people beat their face in.
