To me, the Loch Ness Monster pictures just look like a small animal. It doesn't look anything huge, and wouldn't it be difficult to fake that? As for the video, there is nothing about it that shows it's fake.

 

Still don't get it? There is nothing that shows it's real either. Called inconclusive.

 

Jeez... why do you have to sound so mean? Inconclusive? Then let's make it conclusive, let's analyze the video and find everything that either corresponds to it being faked and to it being real.

 

Nessy was a hoax. A prank. The other Nessy was the prank Nessy photoshopped into a new environment. So, to recap, the first picture is real, but it's subject matter is not. The second picture is not, and is subject matter is not. Basically, it doesn't have to just be photoshopped to be a hoax. It is ridiculously simple to forge these things, just like it is with Bigfoot. Put on a costume, and whattayano? It's Bigfoot.

Yeah, the blood thread was a stalemate as well, I never got enough ambition to reply to Itza's last PM about it to me. I lost the will after my poll... vanished.

 

I'd hardly call it a stalemate. If someone refuses to make a move in chess, checkers, cards or whatever, the other person wins. If fact, my last PM seemed particularly hard for your side of the discussion when I asked you the exact same question you asked everyone else, and labelled them as being stupid when they answered 'incorrectly'. Now that you know both sides, you cannot say that one answer is 'right' and the other is 'wrong', which was what I was trying to say in the first place. Also, not that I have any idea what happened to your poll, but I'd say its disappearance had a lot to do with your sig, so you probably brought it on yourself.

Back on topic, there are fake and inconclusive videos and pictures when it comes to cryptids. The reason for this is because once there's an authentic video or picture, it's no longer a cryptid. Seriously, just look at the Giant Squid.

There can be, however, videos that analysts think could be real, but they are not real. They think it could be. There's a possibility. It's inconclusive. If it was real, then they would say it is, not that there's a possibility that it is.

bigfoot does exist, and somehow he never leaves a trace
bigfoot doesnt exist, and dozens of people either hallicunated or lied

if you belief the first one you dont live in reality
if you belief the second one you are completely detached from society

i remember discovery channel did a "suspense" investigation on it. i say "suspense" cuz it was filmed like 24. the whole thing was a joke, let me elaborate. - "look at this, johnson. broken twigs on the ground. it must have taken a HUMONGOUS force to break these!" or my favorite part - the "team" set up cameras on a tree before going to bed. the next morning the cameras had been ravaged and fallen to the ground. everyone was all like - "its bigfoot! he knows we're watching him! look - he tried to destroy the cameras!" but when they watched the video the cameras had taken, it was a bunch of birds attacking the cameras. lol....

"Back on topic", since we are talking about the giant squid, I'll make that my next point. People used to believe that the giant squid wasn't real. Then we finally caught one and now people think it's real. People believe that Bigfoot is not real, but maybe we just haven't caught one genuinely enough yet. And what about that colossal squid in that other thread? Unbelievable but true.

 

So why are you so desperate to have your thread unlocked if you don't even have the motivation to discuss it?

And the key difference about the Giant Squid and Bigfoot is that there is proof of the Giant Squid's existence, and it wasn't a classic cryptid. I wouldn't be too certain that people didn't think it was real, as they'd been finding specimens since the middle ages. Also, simply basing your belief in Bigfoot's existence on the fact that the Giant Squid exists is quite, quite foolish. Do you know that the gryphon's considered an unconfirmed cryptid? What about the Triantiwantigongalope that I didn't make up and just saw outside of my window?

And what's so unbelievable about the Colossal Squid?
