I know that Warcraft IV would be epicly awesome, but I think they are going make something brand new, would be a change. Lol.

I think blizzard is looking to shelf the warcraft series. I mean I know WoW is a big money maker and will continue to be for a long time. However after that.. I mean they killed the story, and its just about drawn to an end.
actually, there are a few story hooks for a new story introduced, mainly in TBC, with the naaru and the army of light. The infinite dragonflight could also make a story, as could the emerald nightmare. Blizzard seems to deliberately hold off on the second two at least
i'm pretty sure this is the "new IP" they were talking about: http://www.starcraft2forum.org/forums/showthread.php?t=12721 so it's not going to be a sequel to anything.
I'm pretty sure that that's the new IP. The next-gen MMO is a new IP too. That makes for two new IP's.
