Blizzards new game

Is it 100% certain it is a game? Maybe by project they mean a movie (thatd suck) or something else..? A card game? A board game?

 

Zul'Aman. If it's not that, it'll be Warcraft related. Except if the 13 hours WoW demo after the opening ceremony is just for fun... right.

 

I actually have my money on Starcraft: Ghost. Those who are saying that it'd be off for Blizzard to be releasing two Starcraft titles I think it would make sense for Blizzard to be releasing such similar titles since they're on separate platforms. I would LOVE for it to be D3 instead, but I do think that it'd be kind of silly of Blizzard to do that given how much the games will eat each other up, and they wouldn't want that kind of conflict going on.

Subsequently to that point, it would also make sense that the two titles Ghost and SC2 ARE released at the same because they are of the same universe and it might in fact stimulate interest in one another to further increase sales. I mean, I'm sure there are some console owners who just love shooters 'n action games who just wanna see sexy lil' Nova prancing around (guilty) who never really got into the RTS side of things. But fans of Ghost will no doubt have a much greater chance of diverging into SC2 should they find the world of SC appealing enough. And vice versa. The computer owners might just drop a few hundred bucks to buy an 360 just to be able to have a refreshing take on the game that they love in a 3rd person shooter.

Soooo, yea, my guess is SC: Ghost as the new game.

 

but sc ghost isnt a new game, it was meant to be out like 5 years ago.

Well I guess there is the discrepancy on what "new" game entails at this point. If by "new" they mean just an unreleased title in general, then SC Ghost could still rank. If by "new" they mean fresh game entirely, then SC: Ghost would be out.

If it's not Ghost then I dunno what. Might be fun to see something entirely new.

I bet instead of releasing anything, they'll say: Ladies and gentlemen...

i still think its diablo 3 but it will be released in 2010. ^^

 

I'd be happy with a Diablo 3, I'd probably play the hell out of it like I did with Diable 2 + LoD.

It'd be nice to see what the talent at Blizzard could do with a next generation Starcraft: Ghost, it'd be awesome on CryEngine 2.

 

...or announced. lol.

 

make it more realistic like KILLZONE 2. and cooler gameplay like metal gear 4 and halo.

@ burkid, yah i mean announced. they will reveal that diablo 3 is underproduction and the only thing they've done for now is a concept art of a crude knife. hahah

i bet right now they're working on d3 in their secret underground labs, and maybe even wc4. those sneaky bilzzard people.

btw archlimit you're signiture is awesome. Sort of looks like an elite though, but it's awesome none the less.

 

WoW was a good idea for money but they could not have butchered the lore anymore.

If they release another Warcraft RTS I pray they forget the nightmare MMORPG.

 

I hope it's a completely new series other than StarCraft, WarCraft and Diablo. That would be really exciting. ;D

article basically says they got a message from a "blizz employee" stating that it would be a wow expansion BUT its not northrend it would be the maelstrom.

well, if it's true that'd be cool. They're just opening up the entire world now, if they let us sail there.

 

Mebbe they're working on the sequal to Lost Planet.

I hope they are making a new diablo. I wonder what the new group would be called...like would it still be blizzard north?
