Sorry Tweak, still not the right answer. If no one gets it by this evening I'll reveal the answer to mine.

PowerkickasS, give out some hints to yours. Since it's like the same one to the earlier midget one with a different answer, I don't think people will know where to start.

ok remy this is the only other things yours could be.

-the bear recently ate/clawed/mauled/attacked a poor animal/the bird and its covered in its/their/the hunters blood.

-is it related to some sort of game i havent heard of or something?

-some sort of stupid pun? like its bleeding heart for the bird?

-the sound of the gun made its ears bleed?

-the sound of the gun scared it into a beartrap?

tell us the answer already.

a dude died in a room with 53 bicycles, how did he die?

same rules as always and my other puzzle still stands so figure that 1 out too

@ tweak: He's the owner of a bicycle repair shop. He died from stress trying to fix all those bicycles in time.

@ Power: So, are you saying it could be the same thing with a non-midget? Any tall person could still work for your puzzle?

- The guy hits the "ground floor" button on the way down, but there are no buttons for floors 30+ or they are all broken.

- The guy's a burglar.  He goes up quietly, or jump to the next building or something like that, but he takes the elevator all the way down for the getaway.

- He's a janitor responsible for cleaning the stairwells from floor 30~40.
