Brain teaser / puzzle corner (part 3)

Its a comedy show that discusses why things happen like they do.

 

You mean like natural disaster stuff of talk show stuff?

 

lol it's a canadian comedy show about an outdoorsy kind of guy who does a bunch of skits basically doing a parody on all the man shows and the do-it-yourself shows. I dunno wtf timedragon means by "Why things happen the way they do."

 

So quotes work too eh?

100 minerals and owerup: to anyone who tells me not only the movie but which character said it.

"You know, one time we had a hill bombed, for 12 hours. When it was all over, I walked up. We didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like... victory"

This is my first brain teaser, which turned out to be a bit long because I got carried away with the story. It took me quite some time to compose it, partly because I was dodging language barriers but mostly because I wanted it to sound nice. Here it goes:

Our fight is like the dog chasing its tail
Seeking to destroy but continuously fail.
Seems it's destined for us to be forever parted
Neither of us remember when it started.

We divide the flora and and fauna evenly
To two distinct groups that work differently.
These two groups have never seen each other
Never will, because we chase one another.

Chemistry spawned you and keeps you alive
But you should know: time is really on my side.
The womb you emerged from is decaying as we speak
Wasting all its energies to produce nourishing heat.

Nourishing for the masses of refuse that favour you
Not realising that the totem is really a screw.
They've worshipped their own countdown since their existence
Which will be their destroyer, source of pestilence.

Billions later an eerie feeling conquers their souls
Altering the meaning of their lives, their goals.
I shall rid them from their most important sense
The pain shall be unbearable, immense.

Fear will become the one overlord
That accompanies them in the sorrounding cold.
Their numb bodies shall fall to the ground effortlessly
My reign shall bring cold, death for eternity.

I don't know if it's hard or not but since I'm poor, the prize money is 100 minerals and a powerup.

anyway, about the prize money, you can always ask the admin or a global mod (not me, I didn't get mineral for that purpose and I'm not a global mod anyway) for extra mineral to give when you do riddles..

Especially for a riddle that long and that you made yourself (congrats) tell em I believe you deserve extra mineral to add as a prize. I'm pretty sure my name could help but it's probably not needed.

 

Well I'm not exactly poor... It's just that I've been saving up for something in case I saw an item in the shop that I'd fall in love with.

Right, right. So the poem is basically a speech and the question is: Who (or rather what) said it? It's not a name and it's not something you can touch like an object.
