i came, i saw, i'll conquer all, = Death comes to everyone and conquers all, eventually
as i rise up, my foes shall fall = When it comes, the person falls and dies
once i achieve this greatest feat, = once death kills the person
i'll only embrace my great defeat. = after death, the soul goes somewhere else

I've said this in the past

He doesn't respond because he is busy doing other stuff and the little time that he gets to spend here doing stuff and responding to PMs from mods and stuff should not be eaten up by having to send people 500 minerals for brain teasers.

okay, since i noticed its been two days since i put up that riddle and for the fact that i'm a good guy, i'll give another hint.

the second line doesn't really mean that something or someone has to die. it can be just falling down.

SURELY this should end all your confusions.
