I haven't decided exactly how to finish the animation of my newest avatar so until then, you have a chance to earn a powerup if you can tell me who it is.

Yes. But the powerup is only rewarded if someone tells me the name or at least describes him.

Well the aim was to set a riddle that couldn't be solved too quickly to give others a chance, not just the ones who happened to be online when I posted it.

LT, it's no pokemon but it is a cartoon (obviously )
