No, china's not suing blizzard for using the name, they will just not let blizzard use the name 'ghost' in china.

 

That is just stupid!! I havent even played Ghost, looks good but why should the name be a 'feudal superstition'? Its not like a space ghost will come rip their throats out is it??

 

Well this isn't quite as bad as an Australian writer being imprisoned in Thailand for up to 5 years for writing a book (which sold only 10 copies) which contained one sentence which was negative about their king or whatever hes called...

 

Maybe the Chinese are just superstitious people? Al so I believe it was Blizzard that is suing to use the name but the article said that the Chinese court refused to look at it.

Its a dictatorship which is placing almost all of its GDP growth back into capital (machinery, infastructure etc) instead of improving living standards this policy allows it to remain at a higher level of growth . Which means it is a quasi command economy but in no way reflects communist principles =P

But ya...this is quite ludicrous
