Do you think beta is rushcraft?
No. Some people rush, some people don't.

Do you think everyone is out to win each game as fast as possible just to have more wins to their name?

    Why shouldn't they?

Is defending agaunst a rush unbalanced? As in nithing can defend against a really good rush?

No. Even a Protoss can ruthlessly beat down a 6-pool if they happen to be expecting it.

Do you think the rocks are a good counter to the rushes?
The competitive games don't use the rocks, so I don't see how they help in the situations where people complain. They stop rushes, yes, but most games are currently ladder games.

Or do you disagree and think the early game (or entire game lol) is fine as it is?

This. Someone mentioned the early Marine+SCV rush, which was probably OP- but the last patch hit that one hard. Every race has a reasonable way to rush and a reasonable way to stop rushes.

Do you think rushes should always succed, or always fail or be a 50/50 win/loss success rate of each individual rush?
If the defender anticipates a rush, they should win. If they build with the general expectation of dealing with an attack, they should take some damage, but fend it off. If they were just building tech, then yeah, their loss.
