    Overmind's sig are much more cooler , but Eon's look like he is pissed his pet got reset and made some by himself.

    I can see that, as they were made using the same boarder theme used in the pets.

    hmm...I should put that in my sig just for fun!

    EDIT: now my sig is better than ever, always wanted to have a quote in it :D

    I used Paint.net

    Free program you can download online. Has alot of the features photoshop has (my most used is layers).

    Question though: is there a way to save images without having the layers flattened, that way I can come back later and work on it again, instead of having to redo every layer again.

    You should be able to save it as a raw file that you can only open in paint.net without having to flatten, merge layers or kill the colour or anything, atleast you can in gimp.

    Should be able to save it as a .png or a .psd (Maybe?) or a special paint.net file type.

    As well as in Ps :p an added bonus to that is that you can open it with other programs too, although somewhat differently, but the difference is negligible.

    edit: Fenix, png doesn't have layers

    I thought png's stored the data of the image as well as the image.

    Hrm. I know there's one common file type that does....

    i found out that the paint.net does save layers, so I'm going to be using that. But I'll have to save a copy of the final image in png or jpeg since paint.net files can't be uploaded to photobucket.
