Just a tip to bodybuilders, it may look cool at the beginning and during a few years, but if you don´t know how to take care of it later it will bring you serious health problems no matter what, leg problems, heart problems and you can become really obese. In general bodybuilding is not very good in the long term, better take on military style routines with tons of pushups, running and aerobic gym, lifting weights only as a support.

Well it all depends on how you trained in your life.

As for being a body builder there is nothing wrong with being one as long as you dident take things such as steroids, ect and you know how to train.

In fact stimulus is really good for your body as long as you perform things right and regardless if its your body weight or free weights your still lifting something.

For example the main reason why people who do squats run into problems is because they don"t train to go all the way down to the ground thus adding a instability in there muscles and joints so if your training, train with something you can do a complete range of motion.

I do agree with the statement on training more with calisthenics and exercises such as deadlifts but curls and such can be added too but don"t simple stick with these exercises because their hard to balance out and in fact smaller muscles react somewhat better to smaller amounts of weight.

I'm pretty much a beginner in all this, only recently did I start occasionally running or going to the training room (which is free since I'm in the military at the moment)

Though I don't do it regularly enough to feel a real improvement, and worst of all I'm probably doing it wrong.
