unsafe levels of which metals? i hope its not iron cause thats really bad it doesn't take much to kill you with toxic levels of iron

 

Lol, no, that was a lame joke.

They were testing my levels for about everything, and they say I have high heavy metal levels.

The most common one, mercury, causes your mental state to deteriorate. But don't worry, I'm more or less sane.

 

yes your body needs small amounts of iron so your blood can absorb oxygen and you need it to heal and grow muscle

Iron, I hear about that on TV every once in a while about children eating vitamins as if they were candy, then going into emergency care to remove the iron from their bloodstream.

Mercury, wasn't that the chemical that used to be used as a hat polish and would cause ppl to go insane from it absorbing into their body?

They're looking primarily at ones your body doesn't really need.

And my merc count isn't too high. I was just using that as an example

no i think it takes more than two gallons to kill you, you'll need a least three before it becomes a problem i believe though it might be two

 

I like water lol....I need to drink a helluva lot on a daily basis, so it's good I like it.

I'm confused on what your trying to get across. Yep, water can kill, but only in vast quantities. Waterloged it's called if I remember correctly.......this thread has gone from food to metals to poisoning to water in three pages. My conversations with friends aren't even this randomized.

uhh...no. I only drink water if I'm very thirsty and there's nothing else. But I don't like alot drinks/food so it may be just one of these. I also barely can swim (hate having my head underwater), the funny thing about it is that I'm aquarius

 

well I had to in high school. I'm quite comfortable with 'swimming' (more like floating) on my back, but water all over my had...eyes, nose, ears... no, that just doesn't do for me.
Not that I don't like water as an element overall, I'm rather nature>tech guy but drawing from both if I can

I wonder what swimming in a pool of jello would be like, or better yet, vanilla pudding!
