My familys 300 year old rescipee for Barbeque Chicken and the sauce it goes with. The familys secret sauce is so well protected only one family may hold the copy of it at one time and luckly my family is the one that holds on to it and I will get it once my parents die. It will be a bitter sweet day. Yet all the sweeter when I have Barbeque to lighten my sorrow. And yes that is how good this secret rescipee is. No one else in the world knows it besides that of my mother and father because my grandma died a few years ago.

 

Wow, that must really be a good recipe. I didn't think that many family secret recipies like that still existed. Except for those that are now family businesses.

 

300 years? Whoa, I would love to taste that. LOL. Family recipes past down from many generations are the best cooking.

A sandwich made of meatballs sauteed mushrooms and onions on homemade bread then toasted on each side. Only thing it could possibly need is some cheese.
