played forsaken world and alliance of valiant arms. Apparently so, but i didnt like them (had other games to fill those genres)
I'm trying out Spiral Knights. Combat is very simple, but I like it since it's actually active (dodge -> strike, kiting with gun, shielding) as opposed to "press 1 x times to kill enemy" There's like a total of three different kinds of weapons, but gear at start is hella expensive and you can only farm so much, since you have limited energy for doing things (going into next floor of a dungeon, creating items etc).
I tried to do Spiral Knights, but it's not letting me login. Keeps telling me there's a server outage or whatnot. On the flipside, I tried Champions Online because I've always wanted to play City of Heroes and it's basically City of Heroes and this game is FUN. Serious. I just got my Travel Power and am having immense fun just running around and jumping off things while shooting them with a machine gun (which ins't really that super powered. Superhuman accuracy?)
Hmmm, DCUO are alright in my opinion, the combat system are sucks to be honest. Right now I'm digging rift and subscribes 15 USD monthly. Rift are good and alright, it almost like an offshoot of World of Warcraft, The system are amazing and the Rift raid are addictive.
I made the mistake of trying DCUO soon after it became free. Lag was too much to bother with other aspects. Though it seemed like partying with a friend does nothing since we both had to do quests separately anyway. I've hear from an ex-avid Rift player that the game's already started dying down.
