    Such is irrelevant.
Regardless the quote and my last post still stands. I didnt tamper with your quote to change the context of anything >.>. You had been saying multiple times that they couldnt do it because it would slow down low end pc's and this is what i have been trying to put across to everyone, that its wrong.

Low end pc's wouldnt be slowed down by any increase because of blizzards use of sliders. As i have stressed SO MANY times in my previous posts.

Thank you for the advice in the last post about quoting however.

Blizzard has no incentive to do it. StarCraft is a gameplay game, not a graphics game. Now there may well be some slight graphic settings, etc, but they would only be to increase pixel size, etc, etc, and would not get StarCraft2's level of fine detail anywhere near that of Dawn of War or Dawn of War 2. They could physically do it, yes, but let's be logical about this, they're not going to bother. They'll probably have cinematic models for special close ups designed for, you guessed it, cinematics, because they had stuff like that in WarCraftIII, but there's no need for the normal models to be that detailed anyway as you'll seldom be that zoomed in to notice it. There will also probably be higher quality mods, etc, for those specifically seeking more detailed models, but in my opinion, you'd be wasting your time getting those. StarCraft2 will be a game of large numbers so you'll have to be zoomed out to manage your whole army, again, meaning that you won't be close enough to appreciate the attuned detail.

Idd, i agreed with that a while ago :D. But yeah my focus when i get sc2 will be the campaign editor, and im planning on checking out its uber dubah new tricks. But if units look silly up close, custom in game cinematics kinda lose their feel.

I doubt any will look silly close up. There are none that would at the moment, and if there are, they'll be changed fairly quickly. Even though StarCraft2 might not have the highest level of graphics, it does not mean that their designs are bad. In fact, it's quite the opposite. All units will be designed to look good and be simply detailed. There will be cinematic models for that slight extra bit of detail in the cinematics, but they won't be amazingly different to the originals.
