I agree. Star Relic absolutely owns Stasis Orb. Stasis Orb is one of the dumbest things I've seen from Blizzard imo.

Who are they trying to kid with the stasis orb? It's the pansy ass unit concept of the century. We better get the star relic back soon, and the super unit MS too. They seriously need to put an end to the whole BlizzCon Protoss fiasco.

As I have said before they are probably just testing the water to see what people think.

That's some naughty way of testing the waters if you ask me.

They have to test what works and what doesn't. Also they don't want to put in units noone likes so they make sure they find out what noone likes

I can understand Blizz trying out the soulhunter and everything else, but in the case of stasis orb, IMO they dumped a sorry unit on us knowing people would hate it. I mean seriously, take a look at it, it's obvious, especially when you consider the fact that they scrapped star relic to give you that piece of crap.

Really? I mean, seriously? I really had no idea. None whatsoever. I actually thought that it looked pretty cool.

Yes people said they hated it.  They thought it didn't look ship-like enough.  Also everyone was disappointed that the cloaking field was only active when the unit was sitting still instead of the passive on the move cloak of the arbiter.  That still hasn't been fixed.

I just thought of something.  The star relic looks kinda like the star forge from KotOR

So they took the hated air unit and made it into a ground unit while looking the same? And then proceeded to stip it completely of orginal, cool, or useful abilities and reloaded with cow feces? Where is the logic in that?

Sometimes I swear Blizzard have at least one world class moron sitting somewhere near the top. Like those utterly stupid and useless executives in American automobile companies that destroy good car design before sending it out the door.

A lot of the complaints are probably from the b-net forums, once again.

    Star Relic > Stasis Orb

I did read the forum rules and could not find the section you're referring to, please enlighten me.

Which is why you're here and not there, battle.net forums has fell to the immature and nowadays there is no conversations, there is only who can come up with the worst insult on the internet.

OT: Please edit title to: People will start using hallucination on things other than archons, carriers, or arbiters.

If the Templar goes back, him and his abilities, like the illusion, I suggest for this last one to make invincible illusions !

I mean when you create one you have a limited time to use it. After this illusion disappears. But when you launch it to the enemy they kill it. Normally an illusion must not die !!

I suggest thus that the illusion must disappear with time, but must be invulnerable against the enemy.

I give you an example : I make an illusion of a zealot. I sendthe illusion to the enemy, it attacks my illusion, it will not die, and I send the original one to kill the enemy.

the snipe ability make huge different for the slow Templar's. because in starcraft 1 the high Templar's always make physic storm before they dies now the Templar's just dies before i cause any damage.

Snipe will have the same effect on HT as spawn broodling did. You will probably get a psi storm off before it dies.

Snipe has a dleay between you pressing the cast button and theghost firing and it is about the same ammount of time as it takes for a broodling to reach its target

Actually, I think that it will be easier as Terran to counter Templars now. First off, Terran didn't have "spawn broodling" in SC1. Now they got their own version, and I even think it's better than spawn broodling(against Templars in this case), because spawn broodling dealt an infinite amount of damage against ground targets, while the snipe ability only deal a certain damage. But since Templars are low on life, both will have the same effect, so snipe will cost much less mana per use.

Also, one of the best Terran counters for Templars are Siege Tanks. But this time around, they've gotten themselves an even longer range. Thats pwny.
