You need to respect your elders as far as the forums go, he was one of the few who joined within the first two months that was still regularly active, myself, Fenix, and very few others included.

He may have pissed people off, but he is still a fallen Brother of ours, show some respect. There was a two whole months that me and him didn't get along, but we made it up.

 

I meant the last part to show that I do feel a little sorry. Maybe I just didn't warn it right enough. My apologies.

 

I was quite entertained actually with those heated anti-capitalism discussions

I gotta say I am kinda surprised that he chose to go away silently. Anyways, I am likely not wanted in this thread so I'll take my leave.

And why is that? Why does a person who happens to stumble on a site earlier by chance deserve more respect? That is something that's always been bugging me, and I've posted about this several times. What I do understand to translate into respect is contribution. See where Seradin and Tychus are now, and they aren't the earliest joiners (ok I didn't check but even if they did join very early they earned their respect, not aged into it). Using join date as a respect-o-meter has as much sense as using postcount.

There is the vb expierence thing, but it gives points for posts, not posts themselves, SJ counts for thing I think. Or something, cause I have 4k there, and only 3.5k posts.

 

Fenix does have the most post count. All I did was click on members list and then clicked on posts to order it by posts. The top three are as follow: Fenix, Bird of Prey, Joneagle.

According to the member list the first two people to join this site was ZerglingRUSH and Senator. Yeah it doesn't count space junk so we really have no clue how many posts everyone really made. Heck the thing says Jon didn't join until 2 months after those two did.

Jon was made a mod by the original admin, sc2f, then sc2 liked Jon so much, that he made him a sub admin, then sc2f profile went haywire, and he had to remake it, so it will say he joined differently then he did too.

I'm not sure what happened to sc2, but he is MIA, but he appointed Jon as full admin, and to help Jon out, he appointed LordKerwyn, and when something is needed to be done that neither of them can do, they bring in a guy called AJ. Who I believe is one of the admins along with Jon of d3forums or something like that, but I don't go there.
