And what is so special about pit bulls, ALL dogs will attack people if angry or frustrated. I have seen trained pit bulls and they are extremely nice, not blood thirsty animals the news wants people to beleive. Any dog will kill people is angry. If anything, learn how protect yourself from people, as you have a greater chance of getting attacked by someone else.

Rottweiler is very peaceful dog, it just looks scary and best body-guard for owner. My friend had Rottweiler, very clever and friendly (if owner shows that guest is our guy). I think there should be a law, if you don't train your dog (if it's bigger than pudel), you don't have rights to keep it. Dumb owners think that they control dog if it doesn't bite them.

Have to disagree with you on this, the dog I own is about 5 to 6 feet tall if it stands up on it's legs, so obviously a very large dog, and if it wanted to it could probably take down a person within a minute or less. The reason I disagree with this is becuase well, I don't think you can find a sweeter dog than this one, I mean I'll pay you 1000 dollars if you can find a nicer dog. I get you don't want people to be attacked but either way punishing people who have peaceful dogs just isn't right.

I think it should be mandatory for trainers to go to a 'trainer obedience school' so they will learn the correct way to teach thier dogs to behave and be freindly to others.

Some trainers don't seem to know that a dog is an individual creater that will do things as it sees benefits it most.

hmm....maybe they should watch Ash Ketchum from pokemon to see how people should treat animals as freinds, not slaves.

Ever tried pissing one of those off?

I must say that Rottweilers are much much, infinitely much more trainable than Pitbulls. It is hard to piss a trained Rottweiler. However, it won't hesitate to bite your arm off for a juicy steak if it is hungry (dumb example, but Rottweilers were also bred to be war dogs, so they are also on the agressive end of dogs, though nowhere near Pitbulls).

German Shepherds are one of the most controlled guard dogs I have ever seen, speaking of which.

If you're pissing it off, its YOUR fault that it attacks you.

Dude like I said, it is very agressive and easily gets pissed off. You just have to stare an untrained one in the eye daringly for it to be pissed off and attack you.

I said that referring to trained Pitbulls, in response to the argument that trained Pitbulls are all nice and won't attack you (inference).

Z-Boson, why would I try to piss a bull dog off? That's suicide to any animal, not just dogs. Trained dogs will tend to get agressive only if they feel they or their territory are threatened. My friend a few years ago bought a pit bull, and when I saw him last year, they were best friends.

I agree with EonMaster, that all dogs can attack people if angry, but I also agree with people who want forbid Pitbulls. Why? Because Pitbulls have damn strong jaw, and it makes them too dangerous if accident happen. If my cat would be a tiger, it would kill me many times with single bite. Pitbull is a 'tiger' actually...

Rottweilers were not only fighting dogs. For centuries they were butcher's guards. Well, I never heard about Rottweilers killing people, but heard about Rottweiler severed a cat in my neiborhood, but his owner was a jerk with his dog's face. ::)

yes we are beasts X(. also on another note about sharks, grabbing and flipping it around or even trying to hold on the gills is practically impossible it will start to flail and trash about and bite of that arm your are extending to hold its gills. As for flipping it around, well you must be a really strong person or the shark is small, not to mention it is ridiculously hard to get a grip on the shark.

so in my opinion is best to punch the gills pray it runs and then swim the heck away

Especially since the person got attacked. Most likely they have lost a lot of blood and and are suffering from bite wounds. No way a person in that conditions could ever hope to outswim a shark.

Your only hope would be to defend yourself from it, some sharks will retreat after being hit back, but others like the bull shark, will keep coming back, even after being hit, ect. because they are fiercely territorial.

you couldn't out swim a shark whether you've been bitten or not

and the losing blood from the bite will only attract more sharks
