On the auras. at 5:00 I do not see them to that extent, only when I'm in a a heightened state. Usually, in a regular I'll see the large field but without colour at a distance. I will see colour closer to the body.

OK OK. to keep this on a more friendly vibe; I, will write down the various parts that i agree on with you. Then i will write why, and then i will write the parts that i disagree on.

1. I agree that human emotions can be detected, through the method of science, a bit like in that video you showed me.

2. I agree that meditation is a very good form of relaxation, and is very powerful at calming and curing stress aswell as minor faults.


And what i dont agree on:

1. Human emotions can be detected yes. But you cannot physically see; as in through your eyes, such colours. IN YOUR HEAD. Perhaps, but that isnt what you said. You said you can see them. Which is a biological impossibility.

2. You believe you can acess different dimensions. (no. you. cant.)

i started trying to do this and i got terribly terribly daunted by the idea of writing down all the things i dont agree with you on.

Some people are colour blind, some people have no eyes, some only see in sepia tone, most in this dense society see similar things, those who work to increase their awareness see more.

Funny enough, discover channel did a two hour documentary on things like this. Everyone tested had consistent results which shows it was not made up or totally random.

Well actually since visuals are perceived in the brain I think it's theoretically possible to look at something and not see it. In this case, the 'constrained' mind would block some visual information, like auras, etc. That's not to say I believe in this, I'm just saying that I think it's possible to have 2 people look at the same thing and have them see different things.

My argument was never that there is no life on other planets, or no other dimensions. My argument is that it is physically impossible to do the absurd things he is stating by the methods he explained.

 

All Im saying is that no matter how crazy someones opinion may be to others, it probably makes perfect sense to them.

Who is to say we even perceive the same colours that other people do. Is your green the same as my green? Theres no way we can prove it. Studies have been done however which link colours to our emotions. Even animals suffer from different emotions depending on certain colours they pervceive. Its another survival tool in the wild and an intergal way everything is connected. With music however we more or less have to train our brain to appreciate different kinds. Ambient sounds are relaxing in almost everyone, but heavy metal isn't.

Babmer is just expressing his opinion (even though hes doing it in such a way that people will lock the thread..) and i support most of what he says actually.

well babmer, those people generally have mental illnesses. it's called a servere case of schizophrenia or paranoia, and he clearly has neither. agreed, very hard to agree. i don't even know if i do. i'm not very easily swayed on things like this. but, it doens't mean you have to be a jerk to him. to each his all, let him have his own opinions. you can have yours, too. just keeps your insults to yourself. if you think he's crazy, that's fine, but don't mock and badger him.

 

1. Darn right. Aruging a belief is such a pointless affair when the other party truely believes what what they think is the truth.

2 The fun part is trying to make them see that there are other anwsers, the supernatural doesnt have to fill those gaps people.

Bottom line is that even mental illnesses are just different chemical interactions or "imbalances" (As it could be called) of certain chemicals and compounds in the organism.
