Lots of meditation and changing. I did not wish to enter the spiritual stuff tho, hell, I never even thought about these things. It came to me...

Although, seeing auras is not hard at all. Just focus on your pineal gland for 10 minutes everyday and you'll get results, if you don't have blockages everywhere.

I apologise psionicz if i offended you.

I was rather angry at how absurd your ideas were.. to me that is.

Regardless, im sure you are indeed a perfectly normal guy :D, and i hope that in turn you will do me the favour of questioning your beliefs as rigorously as i question mine.

Is there really a proper, or more better form of meditation?

The closest thing I've done is just sat cross-legged, and cleared my mind.

The best form of meditation in it's simplicity is correct breathing, spine straight, relaxed body, relaxed mind.

When you get advanced you can do meditations to achieve certain goals, i.e. stronger will power or being able to express more love.

Babmer, I always use discernment on everything. When I am an emotional wreck trying to kill my self, that is when I've lost the plot.

Not if they exist in an extra dimension we cannot perceive, look at something on a 2D plane, 2 objects appear to be in the same place, then view it in 3D they are clearly not touching.

    Come again? :D

The pineal gland is level with your eyebrows in the center of your head apparently.

    If you're breathing, you're winning.

I don't know how you would focus on a gland while meditating, i can get focusing on a hand or something, something that you can control consciously and are physically aware of.

Use the same feeling when you feel your hand elsewhere.

They'd still take up a X, Y and Z axis, and if they really are all around us, which Psi claims to have witnessed, then regardless of their dimension, we'd still be running into each other.

That, and vibrating has no impact on what axis we can transverse. For example, quarks are three dimensional objects, so would not be able to enter any dimension other than our own, like the fourth, just as a two dimensional object cannot enter the third.

Live what down? It's my freaking sig, dude.

Well if I leave, then how exactly will you stop me 'living it down'?

Regardless, I'd said in that thread that I've adopted it as a sort of life motto, so I seriously don't see what you're trying to express. It's like me saying I'll never let you live down the fact that your username is Ste.

    Oh noes...

I wouldn't say it's too ironic. What he's saying is that just because we don't have an understanding of it at the moment, it doesn't mean that we never will or that it cannot be explained. Seriously, you don't have to look too deeply into historical beliefs to see how people have always tried to explain previously unexplainable phenomena, and then to see how those beliefs have been proven wrong later on. Two examples are Christians explaining the rainbow, and the Egyptians explaining solar eclipses.

I agree that he has a point, but he's saying about trying to have others see different options, while completely disregarding "supernatural" as one.

I think he was going along those lines because Psi had said something similar previously about religion, so it was a bit hypocritical.

    Here's the quote:
Firstly, supernatural beliefs fall nicely under the general category of religion and science. They all aim to explain things we don't understand. Secondly, Psi did seem to pull half of what he'd said out of his arse. He did give a lot of facts, but loosely applied a simple term to it, and then projected as a truth. It did sound logical, and many people did seem to agree.

We can agree everyone's guilty then. Ok, what's new?
