    It would of made more sense to get another just to watch over Thufir but I guess that would of taken too much time or something to that effect.

    If I recall it only takes a few weeks to grow a ghola (I think that's how long Duncan's took to grow).

    I dunno, just an oddity. It doesn't help that the prequels aren't written by Frank Herbert.


    EDIT: Looked 'em up. The memory thing depends on the canon. THe original concept of a ghola possessed none of the original's memories. However, later on, they suddenly start.

    Unfortunately, it doesn't say anything about the time frame, however it's obviously not real time.

    well, some good news for her, the current doctor is gonna get replaced as well(i love that system, the doctor always changes actors, though the current one probably cant be beaten)

    The limit to time lord regeneration is 12 and David Tenant is the 10th, so the 9th regeneration.

    according to this it's an ancient time lord rule or something, so it could be changed since they're all dead.

    (Note: The reason they have the "\ is cause I put them in quotes cause Doctor who was picking up results for 'doctor' and 'who' separately, which is cheating.)
