Jackals would be a nice ride if you ever learnt to drive one.

 

I chose the Stalker. Yes, the Ghost and Dark Templar can cloak, but they can't blink.

 

Dark Templar can blink if he uses a Stalker

 

My most blind choice would be a Zealot, but my brain keeps on screaming "Pumpernickel! Pumpernickel!". I think I would want either the Thor or the Mothership. Imagine Earth's response NOW to a huge Protoss fleet of Motherships enslaving all humanity.

Yeah, but imagine Earth's response if ANYTHING from StarCraft2 enslaved all humanity. I'd probably prefer to be enslaved by Motherships than Zealots. Motherships would just stay in orbit. With Zealots, they'd be charging around everywhere, stabbing, slashing and slaying people as they please.
Out of all the races, Protoss would probably be the least likely to enslave everyone though. Zerg would invade any place they want, or more accurately, every place they ever discover, and Terran are a huge colony or hardened space criminals who have had Earth turn its back on them.

 

Dark Templar: I would rob banks kill and own the world... all with my mind.

Drone: yes, i know it sounds really odd. but you'll in the end become the overmind since u started it. And after i take earth over i would evolve my self to a overmind moble form. with claws and kinda stubby legs. Kinda like a bigger Ultralisk. But it would look more like a deformed version.

 

Drone's don't form the Overmind. The Overmind is the collective will of the Swarm. A Drone or a building are as much the Overmind as a Zergling is. The only difference would be being the Overmind itself, because that's like being the collective will of the Swarm incarnate.

To follow in the footsteps of Tassadar, you'd have to be as powerful as Tassadar. It wasn't just that he crashed a Carrier into the Overmind, it's the masses and masses of both High and Dark energies that he created which destroyed the Overmind.
Also, I forgot to comment on this...

Dark Templar don't actually use Stalkers. It's not like a Marine getting in the driver's seat of a Siege Tank or anything, it's that they actually fuse their body into the raw metal that is the Stalker. You're either a Stalker or a Dark Templar. Dark Templar can't just get in and out of a Stalker.

Why do you assume that the Zealots are merciless and the Motherships lame?
A MS could activate it's planetcracker from time to time, cast time bombs on research facilities to slow down progress and cloak stuff just to f*ck around.
All that, from orbit. You can do nothing about it. Probably not even see them.
