I would create this thing called the Singularity. In this Singularity, all of the universe will be compressed to one tiny sphere. Then I'll make it explode and watch the dust settle.

This is actually a question that I am constantly picking away at as I try to figure out what I would do in a godlike- omnipotent state. To state it simply, I would not create just one Universe. I'd start with one, then exist through it an infinite number of ways, then create another and exist through it an infinite number of ways. I would assume different points of view, I might spend an eternity as a rock, just to see what it's like. Then I'd spend another eternity being a god-proper, and play Populous/Black&White with the inhabitants of one of my Universes. I would do absolutely everything, so I would therefore create absolutely everything, in every possible combination.
