Introduce yourself

It's without a surprise that this old and now famous thread is moved to the new section called "Introduce Yourself"

 

I think it should be locked and all new members should make a new topic to introduce themselves.

 

I agree.

Also I think this section should be named "New Members" and have the Rules thread moved here as well as any additional information for new members

 

I think having this locked might be a good idea.. I'll think about it until I can lock it.

But I don't think the section should be renamed.. most of the time, new members visit the introduce yourself section to do so as their first post.

We could have a little banner (you know, those that spawn randomly..) to encourage members to come here to ... (d'uh) introduce themselves.
