    Nah, I'm not. I tried to use either v4, v5 or both at the same time, but industrialcraft still wouldn't load.

    I can get industrialcraft to work, but not at the same time as mo' creatures.


    Anyone here have experience modding minecraft?

    Using the minecrafter tool, I got all but mo' foodz to work.

    And minecrafter still hasn't gotten me there. The extra apparati added by industrialcraft crash me game.

    And after eons of perseverance, IJffdrie has reached his goal eternal.

    I got Plasmacraft, Industrialcraft and Mo' Creatures to work. But due to the limited number of block ID's (who's smart idea was that anyway?) even with more ID's, I surpassed the limit for using Mo foods or Mo minerals.

    Not really, not really interested in that.


    If minecraft ever gets mod-making support, this should be implemented
    - More frigging block ID's
    - More friggin texture ID's
    - Merge items. When two mods add the same item (like sapphire ore), you simply merge them into one item that can be used for the recipes of both.
    - A simple way to add dimensions
    - Biomes: altitude (at what height does this biome occur?) height-map (How much does the height of the terrain vary?) fluid spawning list (which fluids spawn in this biome? how big are the fluid lakes? at what height do these fluids occur? List is standardized when left unedited, so that it remains easy to add fluids) Biome size (of how many chunks on average does a biome consist?) Animal and mob spawning lists (standardized if unedited, like the fluid spawning list) caveyness occurence (what is the probability of caves appearing, at what height? and how big do these caves get? (example: small caves, 10% chance per chunk at height layer 46-70) Structure spawning list ( This one contains trees and other formations that are already there when you first explore an area) block occurence list (Set height and grouping size, determine whether it occurs as chunks or layers. Standardized if unedited. ) and in what dimension the biome occurs
    - Structure editor. Add or edit possible structure shapes. Edit likelyhood of certain blocks appearing. Bundle blocks together, so that if one appears, all appear, and vice versa. This is for creating auto-spawning trees and other block formations. Creatures can be included in the structure.
    - Recipe editor. This one speaks for itself. Recipe editor is done in a 20x20 grid, so that it is easy to add new crafting grids.
    - Machinery editor. This one covers operations of objects like furnaces. Determine what kind of fuel (as in item category, not individual items) it uses, whether it uses fuel when operational. Edit interface.
    - Item editor. Determine item type (determines what tool is used on it) Item level (what level tool is needed to harvest) item category (several possible at once), fuel worth (for each category), hardness, stack size, fluidic nature, how fast it moves(if fluid), how much damage touching deals, how it attaches to other blocks, whether it can be used to support blocks, height, whether gravity affects it, what it forms when placed, how much light it generates, what model and texture is used for what position of the item, flammability and scripts
    - Growth editor. For seeds and trees. Determine need for light and room and growing chance.
    - Vehicle editor. Speed and how easy it is to steer, what kind of terrain the vehicle traverses, how much damage it can take.
    - Creature editor. Set spawning cycle, drops, behavior and aggression
    - Tool editor. Set speed, type (multiple possible), capability (what item level can it harvest) and hardiness
    - Network editor: The whole shabang with the redstone. I am not quite sure how to this one yet.

    woo!

    New update. Wolf taming sweet, although I like the looks from the ones in mo' monsters more. Beds as spawning point is absolutely a great idea. Not too fond of the first of april joke due to the whole limited ID's thingie.

    The way I read it, beds won't be you're spawn point if you die; It's still the place where you were dropped into the world. I really hope I'm wrong on that account, because I can get pretty picky about where I make my bases.

    They were supposed to be, but it no worky right.

    Unsure if there's gonna be a bug fix or if it'll just be in 1.5.

    Piston mod's gonna be in 1.5 almost for sure though. AWESOME.

    I had a dream skeletons could cut down trees, and creepers could spawn in the sky.

    I need to stop playing minecraft before going to bed.

    Got dang, "Gaia" is the coolest seed ever. Can you use seeds in multiplayer servers?

    EDIT: Also, where can I download WinRAR? I really want to use Cartographer :(
