    Yeah.

I never understood the aversion to non-cheating mods. For instance, BB allows you to add torches to fences. Is that game breaking? I dunno.

I hate that all stuff gets removed every time minecraft updates. Also, that installing mods might break everything. Also that you have no real way to predict whether two mods will **** each other up.

I use Piston Mod, BB, TMI, and a road mod... Only issue I ever have is shared block IDs but that's easy enough to fix.

I just love building massive landscapes block for block, creating villages, hollowing out mountains and building an incredibly elaborate railway complete with stations to connect it all.

I enjoy mining on small maps to do some survival, but won't mine for months to create something truly nice. When thinking of something epic, I want to build it. Why the need to mine forever?

My fun comes from caving. I love caving. I've spent like 75% of my minecraft gameplay hours in cave.

At least install the biome caves, so that you get sandstone heavy caves in deserts, and ice caves in tundra areas? I find most caves so lame, to be honest. So I just make my own mostly, lol. Massive TNT amounts, dude... massive. :/

TNT is gay. I like to leave caves as unchanged as I can.

Yes, because I play games to emulate real life.

Time in the sims goes way too fast.

I pause my sims game for 15 minutes every time my sim takes a dump to up the realism.

I like exploring caves too. Its about going into the unknown. I though I do alter them to my own liking as I move through. Things like add forward bases and pathways in extra large systems.

ooh, glowstone drops more glow now (and needs a pickaxe, but hey), as well as only needing 4 glow for a new stone. sweet. finally, the nether is useful.

Useful ISH. It still doesn't outweigh the danger imo.

    *gives self unlimited glowstone*

On a more serious note: do you guys play with any texture pack on?
I'm a fan of Doku's RPG pack, but can't get it to work atm. :s

I use John Smith HD. It is purtyful.

Bordercraft and Scribblecraft are cool too.

When I'm trying to show off, I use LB Photorealism, but I don't like the way a lot of blocks look in it.

    John Smith FTW.

Going to try John Smith then! I don't like most nether blocks and the water in the photorealism pack you mentioned. Also, despite sounding kiddy, minecraft for kids is an excellent HD pack.

Oh man I have that. It's really decent.

But yeah, John SmithHD is the best.

I will continue to use the original textures and treat all other texture packs with disdain!
