How the heck are you supposed to make a house with gravity?

I think it just means no more floating blocks. They'll fall if not attached to anything.

Oh. I'm ok with that. I rather enjoy gravity. I got sick of trying to find my way out of a cave so I climbed as high as I could, found a patch of gravel in the ceiling, and mined one. This causes all the gravel to fall. I found my way out. A few bricks to the side and I would have made the gravel fall from the ocean, though. o_O

I said "aboot" in my regular conversation the other day. I was proud of myself.

So I turned a mountain into my castle... And just began my first mine today. Cracked open one spot and this massive area opened up that took me like 30 minutes to fully explore and light and nearly got me killed 3 or 4 times from monsters spawning in the back of the cave. Also built myself a mansion overtop of my spawn point. :D Well..it's more of a beach house but whatever. World is so big. x.x Makes my head hurt. For such a stupid game it really is addictive as hell.

Multiplayer isn't really that much fun, it doesn't have survival mode yet.

Just wait until multiplayer survival comes out then. Way more fun than just editing an empty map.

Okay guys, I'm a bit creeped out. Remember that story you posted Fenix? The odd things for a world generator that were spawned that it mentioned? do two lakes made out of gravel (with a flat surface except some small spots of water) and two fields of mushrooms next to each other (not growing in the ground, but loose and pick-upable, one field of red and one field of brown mushrooms) count as weird?

You can clearly see the gravel lakes here.
