this is me....well my computer setup at the moment, i cant picture myself browsing the forums while playing "Virtual On" (you know the mech fighting game with two joystick controllers you see at the arcade)

If so, I love that game! I had it for my dreamcast

 

I think i remember having Virtual On on my Sega Saturn, it was awesome.

My cig is a little bent because it was in my pocket all day....I would have smoked it while I was at school but I forgot my lighter.

I used to spoke newports cigarettes, ah those where the days, then I wised up and quit smoking.

lol, Nothing's wrong with it. I don't feel like getting back with marlboro...yet even though I less smoke now but I still prefer good ol Dunhill.

 

I'm trying but it is so hard....I wish I had never started....

 

You need something to motivate you I think. Like for me when I first started dating my finace, she told me it was either her or the cigarettes. So I quit smoking.

I've got this girl now telling me she's going to stop being....(she's sorta my gf)with me....and I'm trying but it's so hard....

 

I'd yell at you to toughen up but that's not my style. I'm more of the guy who will tell you this. Little baby steps, reward yourself for long periods of going without. Everyday try pushing the period longer and longer. Make sure to reward yourself every time you reach the goal.

 

I've got it!! Instead of eating a gallon of ice cream in less than 5 days I will save, and each time I go a long period(like you said) I will reward myself. Great idea! Quick question, what's the difference between award and reward
