No you can't JUST turn anything off.

Coloring to alpha will make something transparent. Its the fastest way to do it.

 

I dont see how, I've already got it at 100% clarity. I think the problem is that they had to be resized from thier original pictures, else it would be twice the size it is now.

 

Well you haven't used the appropriate software then. You can turn off the background and if you need to make unnecessary bits of a picture transparent, you can just go magic wand and delete... that's the fastest way to do it, though not the best.

Eon: the animals or whatever look fine, it's where their paws meet with the grass. It's as if you used medium jpg compression... that causes such pixel bleeding (yes, I do know it's not jpg). It might be just the texture of that grass though

 

i thought pokemon died like 5 years ago. but evee was the best character but still it died.

 

so it partially died, I still play the games.

I say partially because even though the anime has largely died out, the games for the handhelds still sell millions. Diamond and Pearl sold a couple million copies within the first few months.

Also, pokemon still appear in other games, Super Smash Brawl, for examle, has the PKMN Trainer, Picachu, Lucario, and Jiggilypuff; not to mention about 50 different pokeball appearences.
