    Btw, it's not just cars and coal plants creating problems now. Because of the increase in temperatures CAUSED by C02 levels, it started a chain reaction in Alaska and other places. The dead vegetation that ended up in some lakes, that were frozen years ago, were prevented from decaying and rotting. However, now that that global temperatures increased, the plants thawed out and are all decaying due to bacteria. This is acres and acres of dead vegetation rotting away under each lake, releasing methane (a much stronger green house gas than carbondioxide) by the second.
    There are hundreds of methane released sites, not just one. There are more methane sites around the world, not just Alaska.

    If you quickly release enough of the methane trapped under the permafrost in Alaska or Canada or Russia you could kill just about everything on the planet.
